Ken is currently the Managing Director of Prelical Solutions, LLC. He has extensive Maintenance and Reliability experience in both continuous process and batch manufacturing plants. His work while at Meridium, WestRock and GE has helped large asset intensive companies to get increased production rates and reduced maintenance costs while improving safety and environmental performance.
Ken has an extensive background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability Improvement Work Processes, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and a host of other areas of Asset Performance Management (APM).
He also have a strong background in the use of SAP EAM/GE Digital (Meridium) APM and have developed enterprise level work processes and tools to improve asset performance. These tools and work processes include tank integrity management, motor management, RCA, paper machine roll management and history, maintenance budget forecasting and analysis and many others.
Bob Latino is currently a Principal of Prelical Solutions, LLC. Bob was the former CEO of the Reliability Center, Inc. (RCI), until its acquisition in 2019. The Latino family founded, directed and owned RCI since 1972.
He is an internationally recognized author, trainer, software developer, lecturer and practitioner of best practices in all aspects of a holistic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) system.
Bob has been facilitating RCA analyses with his clientele around the world for over 36 years. He has taught well over 10k students in 25+ countries, the PROACT®RCA Methodology and associated software solutions. He is author or co-author of seven (7) books related to RCA, FMEA and/or Human Error Reduction and over 100 articles and papers on the same topics in Manufacturing and Healthcare.
He currently serves of the Board of Directors for CHOL (Community of Human and Organizational Learning, as well as a proud member of the UpKeepAmbassador Council (https://www.onupkeep.com/)

Mark Latino was the former President of the 49-year-old Reliability Center, Inc. (RCI), until its acquisition in 2019.
While at RCI Mark was responsible for developing new business, hiring reliability engineering talent, creating new products, working with clients to develop performance improvement processes, leading and facilitating Root Cause Analyses (RCA) investigations for customers, providing reliability expertise, and developing and delivering customized training modules relating to diagnosis and remediation of equipment, system and process failures.
Mark is an author of two texts on the topic of RCA. He is also the developer of best-selling courses on ‘Understanding Why Parts Fail’ and ‘Human Error Reduction Strategies’.
Prior to that Mark was in Operations in Philip Morris USA and was responsible for developing and implementing customized Reliability initiatives for 124 cigarette manufacturing modules.
In the early 80s, Mark worked for Allied Chemical Corporation and managed the development and implementation of a Reliability initiative into a chemical plant. He was also responsible for collecting and trending predictive maintenance data at a time when that was really rare!!
