The Manufacturing Game® (TMG) Public Workshop
October 4-5, 2023
The two-day Manufacturing Game® workshop allows the front-line workforce and management to not only hear and see the company’s reliability plan, but to “do it” in a simulated environment so that they can truly understand the need for improved reliability at their site and recognize their role in the process. And the workshop provides a chance to put the concepts into practice…not in a year or a few months or even a few days, but immediately.
PARTICIPANTS WILL
- learn the importance of reliability
- learn the need for integrating department functions
- promote work-centered team accomplishments
- identify the “reliability and profitability” trail while taking into consideration constraints on people’s time and environmental and safety issues

TMG was originally developed by Dr. Winston Ledet when he was an executive in the DuPont Corporate Organizational Development group in the early 80's. The Game has since been validated by MIT and played by hundreds of thousands of people around the world.
TMG is the ultimate employee engagement tool, where the front lines and management must collaborate in order for their 'manufacturing plant' to thrive.
We are fortunate to partner with Winston's daughter, Michelle Ledet Henley, who now runs the international business and is the most qualified TMG facilitator on the planet!
